探讨孟鲁斯特在儿科哮喘治疗中的临床应用

ObjectiveTo research clinical application of montelukast in the treatment of pediatric asthma.MethodsA total of 120 children with asthma were randomly divided into two groups, and each group contained 60 cases. The control group received conventional treatment, and the observation group received additional montelukast for treatment. Effective rate and clinical satisfaction degree in children were observed in the two groups.ResultsThe observation group had total effective rate as 98.3%, and the control group as 78.3%. Clinical satisfaction degree was 95.0% in the observation group and 76.7% in the control group. The difference between the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05).ConclusionMontelukast provides significant effect in clinical application for treating pediatric asthma. It can effectively reduce occurrence of acute attack and improve clinical symptoms. It has advantages of few adverse reactions and high safety, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.%目的：研究孟鲁斯特在儿科哮喘治疗中的临床应用。方法120例哮喘患儿，随机分成两组，各60例。对照组用常规治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加上孟鲁斯特治疗，观察两组患儿治疗的有效率以及患儿的临床满意度。结果观察组患儿的总有效率为98.3%，对照组患儿的总有效率为78.3%；观察组患儿的临床满意度为95.0%，对照组的患儿临床满意度为76.7%。两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特在儿科哮喘治疗中的临床应用效果显著，能有效降低急性发作次数，改善临床症状，并且具有临床不良反应少、安全性高等优点，值得临床推广。
