微创穿刺抽吸术及开颅手术治疗高血压性脑出血的疗效观察

摘要

目的探究微创穿刺抽吸手术及开颅手术治疗高血压性脑出血的治疗效果。方法接受高血压性脑出血手术治疗的患者58例。将其随机分为试验组和对照组，每组29例，试验组进行微创穿刺抽吸手术，对照组进行开颅手术，比较两组患者进行不同手术术后的总有效率。结果通过两种手术治疗后，试验组的总有效率(93.10%)高于对照组(65.52%)，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创　　穿刺抽吸手术安全可靠，临床治疗的总有效率高，值得临床提倡。%Objective To investigate the curative effects by minimally invasive puncture suction and craniotomy in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 58 hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients receiving surgical treatment were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 29 cases in each group. The experimental group received minimally invasive puncture suction, and the control group received craniotomy. The total effective rates of different surgical methods were compared between the two groups.Results After two kinds of surgical treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group (93.10%) was higher than that (65.52%) of the control group. Their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive puncture suction is safe and reliable with high total effective rate, and this method is worthy of clinical promotion.
