探讨慢性胃炎的护理观察

摘要

目的：研究分析慢性胃炎患者接受综合护理的临床效果。方法30例慢性胃炎患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，各15例。对照组患者实施常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上实施综合护理，对两组的临床护理效果进行比较分析。结果观察组总有效率为93%，高于对照组的60%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性胃炎患者接受综合护理能够对其病情起到较大的帮助，提升患者的生活质量，临床中应该进行推广使用。%Objective To research and analyze clinical effect by comprehensive nursing for chronic gastritis patients.Methods A total of 30 chronic gastritis patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 15 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received additional comprehensive nursing. Comparison and analysis were made on clinical nursing effects between the two groups.Results The observation group had higher total effective rate as 93%than 60% of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Implement of comprehensive nursing is remarkably helpful for chronic gastritis patients. This method can improve quality of life in patients, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
