目的：探析住院患者人血白蛋白注射液的临床应用情况，评价其使用的规范合理性。方法841例使用人血白蛋白注射液的住院患者，分析其人血白蛋白的应用情况，统计并分析用药科室分布及用量、用药原因及患者用药前血清白蛋白的浓度。结果841例住院患者中，共有14个科室应用人血白蛋白，其中用药量较多的为病情危重患者，以肿瘤内科、感染科患者用药量较多；人血白蛋白的用药原因中，以肿瘤疾病患者所占比例最大，占20.08%；住院患者用药前的血清白蛋白患者浓度观察，以浓度为11~30g/L的患者比较集中。结论本院住院患者人血白蛋白的应用基本合理，但仍存在少数适应证不适宜的情况，人血白蛋白的应用还存在一些误区，医师应严格掌握人血白蛋白的适应证，谨慎用药。%Objective To investigate clinical application of human albumin solution for inpatients, and to evaluate its rationality. Methods Application of human albumin solution was analyzed in 841 inpatients. Summary and analysis were made on departments, dosage, medication reasons, and serum albumin concentrations before administration. Results For 841 inpatients, there were 14 departments applied human albumin, especially for critical patients mainly in medical oncology and infection departments. Tumor accounted for the largest proportion as 20.08% of medication reason. Main serum albumin concentration before administration was in range of 11~30 g/L. Conclusion There are still some inappropriate administration with indication among basically rational use of human albumin for inpatients. It is necessary for physicians to strictly control human serum albumin indications with cautiousness due to certain misunderstandings of application.
