目的：分析二甲双胍用于2型糖尿病治疗的可行性。方法30例2型糖尿病患者,均给予二甲双胍进行降血糖治疗,分析治疗效果。结果患者治疗前空腹血糖为(8.6±2.3)mmol/L,餐后2 h血糖为(13.6±4.2)mmol/L ；治疗后患者空腹血糖为(6.2±1.6)mmol/L,餐后2 h 血糖为(10.6±2.3)mmol/L ；治疗后患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h 血糖水平均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(t=4.69、3.43, P<0.05)。30例患者治疗后,出现恶心、呕吐等消化道不良反应1例,出现头痛、头晕等神经系统反应1例,无其他不良反应,不良反应发生率为6.7%。结论二甲双胍药物应用于2型糖尿病患者的临床效果显著,能够明显降低患者血糖,并维持至正常水平,不良反应少,对患者的身体损伤程度低,值得临床推广应用。%Objective To analyze feasibility by metformin applied in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 30 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus received metformin for antidiabetic therapy, and their curative effects were analyzed. Results Before treatment, the patients had fasting blood glucose as (8.6±2.3) mmol/L, and 2 h postprandial blood glucose as (13.6±4.2) mmol/L. After treatment, they had fasting blood glucose as (6.2±1.6) mmol/L, and 2 h postprandial blood glucose as (10.6±2.3) mmol/L. The patients had all lower fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose after treatment than those before treatment, and the difference had statistical significance (t=4.69, 3.43, P<0.05). After treatment among the 30 patients, there were 1 case with gastrointestinal adverse reactions of nausea and vomiting, and 1 case with nervous system reactions of headache and dizziness. There were no other occurred adverse reactions, and incidence of adverse reactions was 6.7%. Conclusion Application of metformin provides remarkably clinical effect for type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. It can remarkably reduce blood glucose level and maintain normal level in patients, along with few adverse reactions and low physical damage. This method is worth clinical promotion and application.
