可吸收止血膜在颅脑肿瘤手术中的应用

摘要

Objective To investigate the hemostatic effect and safety of absorbable hemostatic membrane in intracranial tumor surgery.Methods A total of 116 patients with intracranial tumor were selected and divided into two groups.The experimental group was given hemostatic membrane during operation while the control group was given routine treatment like electric coagulation and brain cotton for hemostasis.The intraoperative hemostatic effect and the blood loss during the 24 hours after operation were compared between the two groups.Results In the control group,the hemostastic rate was 65.5％ (38/58),significantly lower than that of the experimental group 96.6％ (56/58) (Z =-3.997,P =0.000) ; the blood loss during the 24 hours after operation in the experimental group was (25.1 ±3.4)ml,significantly less than that of the control group (120.5 ±6.3)ml(t =-101.488,P =0.000).Conclusion The application of absorbable hemostatic membrane in intracranial tumor surgery is a safe and effective hemostatic method.%目的 探讨可吸收止血膜在颅脑肿瘤切除术中的止血效果及安全性. 方法 选择2009年1月～2011年9月我科颅脑肿瘤手术116例,将116例颅脑肿瘤交替入组依次分为2组:实验组,肿瘤创面常规加应用可吸收止血膜止血；对照组,肿瘤创面采用常规电凝、脑棉等方法止血,比较2组术中止血有效率、术后24 h出血量. 结果 对照组止血有效率为65.5％(38/58),显著低于实验组96.6％ (56/58)(Z=-3.997,P=0.000).实验组术后24 h内出血量(25.1±3.4)ml,显著少于对照组(120.5±6.3)ml(t=-101.488,P=0.000). 结论 可吸收止血膜在颅脑肿瘤手术中有良好的止血效果.
