腹腔镜联合水压灌肠肠套叠复位术治疗小儿肠套叠（附6例报告）

摘要

[Summary] We summarized 6 cases of pediatric intussusception with more than 72 hours of duration and bloody stool from June 2011 to November 2014 in our department .Laparoscopy combined with water pressure enema reduction was given successfully .We believe that laparoscopy combined with water enema reduction is safe and reliable for intussusception , having advantages of direct vision of operation and accurate reduction .%2011年6月～2014年11月对6例病程＞72 h且血便的小儿肠套叠行腹腔镜联合水压灌肠复位治疗，均成功复位。6例随访6～24个月，平均11个月，患儿无呕吐、血便等肠套叠复发情况。我们认为腹腔镜联合水压灌肠肠套叠复位术可以动态观察复位过程，复位准确，安全可靠。
