疏血通注射液协同治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效分析

         

摘要

目的::观察常规治疗联合应用疏血通注射液对不稳定型心绞痛(UA)患者血脂、血清炎性因子、血流变指标水平和心电图的临床疗效。方法:120例 UA 患者按照随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组给予常规对症药物治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合静滴疏血通注射液,一疗程(15天)后统计分析两组治疗前后血脂四项[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]、血流变指标(不同切变率全血表现黏度和血浆黏度)、血清炎性因子[超敏 C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和可溶性CD40配体(sCD40L)]、24h 心电图变化及临床疗效。结果:观察组 UA 患者治疗后 TC、TG、hs-CRP、sCD40L、全血高切、低切、中切表观黏度和血浆黏度均比治疗前下降,24h 缺血总时间、ST 段下移和 T 波倒置均较治疗前改善(P<0.01);观察组治疗后效果更优于对照组(P <0.01);观察组临床总有效率(96.67%)明显高于对照组(75.00%)。结论:在常规治疗基础上联用疏血通注射液可明显降低 UA 患者血脂、血流变、炎性因子水平,改善症状,提高临床疗效。%Objective:To observe the conventional of treatment combined with shuxuetong injection in unsta-ble angina (UA)patients on blood lipids,serum inflammatory factors,blood rheology changes and the clinical effica-cy of ECG.Method:A total of 120 UA patients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,each group with 60 cases.The control group received conventional symptomatic treatment,the observation group's method of treatment based on the control group combined with shuxuetong injection.Statistical analysis be-fore and after treatment (a course of treatment 1 5 days)on four of blood lipid [cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C)and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C)],blood rhe-ology indicators (different shear rate whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity performance),serum inflammation factor [hypersensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP)and soluble CD40 ligand (sCD40L)],the changes of 24h ECG and clinical efficacy.Results:TC,TG,hs-CRP,sCD40L,blood rheology indicators,and the changes of 24h ECG were significantly improved after treatment(P <0.01).However,the observation group was superior to the control group (P <0.01).The observation group total effective rate was 96.67% ,and in the control group was 75.00%. Conclusion:Combined shuxuetong injection treatment can improve biochemical indicators and the index of ECG also to improve the clinical efficacy.
