老年女性急性冠脉综合征患者血浆脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2水平变化及与有关因素的相关性分析

摘要

目的:分析老年女性急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血浆脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)水平变化及与血脂和其它临床因素的关系.方法:选取冠脉造影确诊冠心病的老年女性患者60例,按照有关分型诊断标准分为ACS组和稳定型心绞痛(SA)组,每组30例.收集患者一般临床资料,常规方法测定患者血脂指标总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平,采用ELISA检测两组患者血浆Lp-PLA2水平,分析两组各指标差异及Lp-PLA2与有关指标的相关性.结果:ACS组患者血浆LpPLA2水平和血清LDL-C浓度较SA组显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01,P＜0.05);ACS组血浆Lp-PLA2水平与其LDL-C、体重指数(BMI)、糖尿病呈明显正相关(P＜0.05).结论:血浆Lp-PLA2水平可作为监测老年女性ACS患者的血液学指标.%Objective:To discuss the levels of plasma lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2 (Lp-PLA2) in elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) and its relationship with serum lipids and other clinical factors.Method:60 cases of elderly female patients with coronary heart disease were selected based on the result of coronary angiography,according to the classification criteria,the patients were divided into ACS group and stable angina pectoris (SA) group,30 cases in each group.Clinical data of patients were collected and the levels of total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were detected,and the levels of plasma Lp-PLA2 were measured by ELISA in two groups.The correlation between Lp-PLA2 and related indexes in patients was analyzed.Results:The levels of plasma Lp-PLA2 and the concentration of LDL-C in the ACS group were significantly higher than those in the SA group,the difference of result was statistically significant(P＜0.01,P＜0.05).The levels of plasma Lp-PLA2 in the ACS group was positively correlated with LDL-C,body mass index (BMI) and diabetes mellitus (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The levels of plasma Lp-PLA2 can be used as an indicator of coronary artery disease in elderly women with acute coronary syndrome.
