金黄色葡萄球菌α-溶血素的研究进展

摘要

金黄色葡萄球菌(简称金葡菌)分泌多种与致病相关的毒素,α-溶血素是其中最主要的一种,它被认为是金葡菌感染引起皮肤坏死和严重感染的主要毒力因子.α-溶血素的名称来源于其能够溶解红细胞的特性,但是其细胞特异性范围很广,作用机制也十分复杂,对不同的宿主细胞所引发的致病反应也各不相同.本文总结了近年来有关α-溶血素结构及其与不同宿主细胞相互作用的研究,以利于我们更好地理解α-溶血素在金葡菌感染过程中所发挥的作用,为开辟金葡菌感染防治的新途径提供参考.%Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus) secretes a variety of pathogenic toxins and one of the most prominent toxins is α-hemolysin,which is considered as the main virulence factor in skin necrosis and severe infections caused by S.aureus infection. α-hemolysin is so named because of its ability to dissolve red blood cells. However,it has a wide range of effects on various cells and may cause different pathogenic re-sponses in different host cells. This review summarizes recent studies on the structure of α-hemolysin and its interaction with different cells in order to better understand the role of α-hemolysin in the process of S.aureus infection,which may provide a reference for developing new approaches to the prophylaxis and treatment of S.aureus infection.
