Objective To analyze the Influence of Hyperbaric Oxygen to union of fracture in patients with fracture and brain injury. Methods 43 cases with fracture and brain injury healed by Beijing Tiantan Hospital was included. All cases were divided into groupA: start HBO in two weeks after injury and group B; start HBO after two weeks. All patients' X-ray graphs in two weeks and four weeks were measured and the infection rate of bone and soft tissue were satisfied. Results There are significant deviations between group A and group B in callus quantum and the infection rate of bone and soft tissue. Conclusions Start HBO early can effectively promote the procedure of the union of bone and degrade the infection rate of bone and soft tissue.%目的 探讨高压氧治疗在骨折合并脑外伤患者骨折愈合过程中所起到的作用.方法 以本院收住的43例骨折合并脑外伤的患者为观察对象,分成2周内开始高压氧治疗组(A组)和2周后开始高压氧治疗组(B组),分别于受伤后2周、4周摄X线片,测量骨痂生成量,并统计骨与伤口感染率,所得数据进行统计学分析.结果 A组与B组在骨痂生成量、感染率方面差异有显著性.结论 早期开始高压氧治疗能有效促进骨折合并脑外伤患者骨折愈合,降低骨与软组织感染率.
