临床药师参与肝功能不全患者的疼痛管理1例并文献复习

摘要

目的：为肝功能不全患者的癌痛治疗实践提供参考。方法以1例肝功能不全患者的疼痛治疗为线索，分析和讨论其治疗经过并复习文献。结果对于轻中度肝功能不全的癌痛患者，选择吗啡比羟考酮安全；对于重度肝功能不全的患者，应选择芬太尼。结论临床药师参与临床实践的价值得到体现。%Objective To provide insights for cancer pain treatment of patients with abnormal liver function. Method By clue of the pain therapy of a patient with abnormal liver function, we analyses and discuss the treatment proce-dure and review literatures. Result For patients with mild to moderate abnormal liver function, morphine is safer than oxycodone. For those with severe abnormal liver function, fentanyl is recommended. Conclusion The practical value of clinical pharmacist participating in clinical practice is fully reflected.
