目的:研究预酸蚀对不同粘接剂修复Ⅴ类洞微渗漏的影响。方法取因正畸治疗拔除的正常前磨牙40颗,在颊侧釉牙骨质界冠方1mm处制备V类洞,并在釉质边缘制备宽0.5mm的45°短斜面,将样本随机分为4组,A组(磷酸预处理后用通用型粘接剂Single Bond Universal)、B组(磷酸预处理后用自酸蚀粘接剂Adper™ Easy one)、C组(自酸蚀Single Bond Universal)、D组(自酸蚀Adper™ Easy one),使用Filtek Z350树脂充填后进行冷热循环处理,使用2%亚甲蓝溶液染色24小时,体视显微镜下观察充填体边缘的染色情况。结果壁的微渗漏情况方面, A组与C组、B组与D组比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05),A组与B组、C组与D组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。四组间龈壁微渗漏值比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论Single Bond Universal通用型粘接剂和Adper™ Easy one自酸蚀粘接剂在树脂充填后均会产生微渗漏,但是经预酸蚀处理后有助于减少充填后的微渗漏值。%Objective Effect of selective enamel etching on different adhesives repairing class V cavitiesMethod40 recently extracted human premolars for orthodontic reasons were used. V-shaped holes were made at 1mm of the buccal-enamel cementum, and a 45° short bevel was prepared at the edge of the enamel. Specimens were randomly divided into four groups:A group (Phosphoric acid + Single Bond Universal adhesive), B group (Phosphoric acid +Adper™ Easy one adhesive), C(Single Bond Universal adhesive) and D(Adper™ Easy one adhesive). All cavities were filled with Filtek Z350. Specimens were thermocycled for 500 cycles in separate water baths, after thermocycling and dye penetration for 24 hours with methylene blue, the conditon of dye penetration was observed by stereomicroscope for the evaluation of microleakage.ResultOcclusal margin microleakage: there were significant differences between group A and group C, group B and group D. There were no significant differences between group A and group B, group C and group D. The microleakage of gingival wall: there was no statistical significance between the four groups.ConclusionSingle Bond Universal adhesive and Adper™ Easy one adhesive produce micro leakage after direct resin filling. The treatment of selective enamel etching helps to reduce the microleakage.
