早期义齿修复在外胚层发育不良患儿中的应用效果

         

摘要

Objective To study the effect of early partial denture restoration in children with the ectoderm dysplasia. Method 40 cases of children without teeth or teeth not more than 4 ED were selected from September 2009 to August 2014 in our hospital pediatric department of Stomatology treatment of congenital in as the research group.Between January 2015 and November 2015, 40 normal children were selected as healthy control group in our hospital. Give patients of the study group denture by the use of electromyography surface double electrode recording method study group and the control group children with bilateral masseter and temporalis anterior bundle to vigorously biting or chewing almond EMG. To investigate the satisfaction degree of comfort, beauty, language function and retention function of the patients after denture restoration. Result Compared with control group, the team of masticatory muscle when chewing and vigorously gritted emg amplitude were significantly lower(P<0.05). Temporal muscle bundle as you chew, masseter muscle electric amplitude are respectively 45.8%, 41.6% in the control group. Compared with the control group, the team chewing muscles when chewing and vigorously gritted myoelectricity integral values were significantly lower(P<0.05). Temporal muscle bundle as you chew, the masseter muscle electricity integral value of control group were 37.0%, 40.2%. The team after the denture masticatory efficiency is (1.3±0.4), compared with the control group (1.9±0.5) significantly lower (t=2.436, P=2.436), 67.5% of the latter. Denture, 40 cases in children with group, 37 cases(92.5%) were satisfied with the comfort; 38 cases(95.0%) of aesthetic satisfaction; 36 cases(90.0%) of language function satisfaction;37 cases(92.5%) of retention function satisfaction. Conclusion Early denture restoration can significantly improve masticatory function in patients with ED, improve the efficiency of the patient’s chewing,children and their families for denture satisfaction is higher.%目的:研究早期义齿修复在外胚层发育不良(ectodermal dysplasia,ED)患儿中的应用效果。方法选择2009年9月至2014年8月在本院口腔科就诊的先天无牙或存留牙齿不超过4颗的ED患儿40例作为研究组。选择2015年1月至2015年11月在本院口腔健康检查中正常的40例儿童作为对照组。给予研究组患儿义齿修复,采用肌电图仪表面双电极法记录两组儿童双侧咬肌、颞肌前束在大力紧咬或咀嚼杏仁时的肌电图。调查研究组患儿义齿修复后的舒适度、美观度、语言功能及固位功能情况。结果与对照组相比较,研究组咀嚼肌在咀嚼和大力紧咬时的肌电幅值均显著降低(P<0.05);咀嚼时颞肌前束、咬肌肌电幅值分别是对照组的45.8%和41.6%;与对照组相比较,研究组咀嚼肌在咀嚼和大力紧咬时肌电积分值均显著降低(P<0.05);咀嚼时颞肌前束、咬肌肌电积分值为对照组的37.0%和40.2%;研究组义齿修复后咀嚼效率为(1.3±0.4),与对照组的(1.9±0.5)相比较明显降低(t=2.436,P=0.026),为后者的67.5%;义齿修复后,40例研究组患儿中37例(92.5%)对舒适度满意;38例(95%)对美观度满意;36例(90.0%)对语言功能满意;37例(92.5%)对固位功能满意。结论早期义齿修复可明显提高ED患者咀嚼功能,提高患儿的咀嚼效率,患儿及家属对义齿修复的满意度较高。
