目的 探讨不同年龄段糖尿病足住院患者的护理工作特点.方法 回顾性调查解放军第306医院788例2型糖尿病足患者的临床资料,对不同年龄段糖尿病足的患病率、伤口分级分布、截肢(趾)率、合并症和并发症等进行分析.结果 60~74岁组糖尿病足的患病率最高.按伤口分级分布,Wagner 3级和4级患者分别占32.6%、28.7%.83.0%的糖尿病足患者合并糖尿病神经病变.60~74岁组及75~89岁组合并高血压、冠心病的比例高于18~44岁组,但截肢(趾)率低于18~44岁组.45~59岁组合并糖尿病视网膜病变的比例高于18~44岁组.结论 不同年龄段糖尿病足患者的临床特点不一,需预见性地做好疾病护理并强化患者病足自护行为,老年男性糖尿病患者仍是糖尿病足发病的主体.年轻的糖尿病足患者截肢(趾)率高,后果更严重,应更早期地被识别并治疗.%Objectives To determine the care of patients with diabetic foot of different age. Method Seven hundred and eighty-eight diabetic patients hospitalized for diabetic foot ulcers were analysed. Result The incidenc of diabetic foot was highest in patients of 60-74 ages. The portion of Wagner 3 and 4 was 32.6% and 28.7%. 83% diabetic foot patients had diabetic neuropathy. More patients in 60-74 age group and 75-89 age group had hypertension and coronary artery disease than those in 18-44 age group. However, the amputation rate was highest in paitients of 18-44 age group. More patients in 45-59 age group had diabetic retinopathy than those in 18-44 age group. Conclusion Patients of different age had different characteristics. Although most diabetic foot patients were elderly patients, the amputation rate of younger patients was high. Thus, we should detect and treat these patients earlier.
