仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗老年男性骨质疏松症50例临床观察

摘要

目的:观察仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗骨质疏松症(OP)的疗效.方法:仙灵骨葆胶囊,口服,3粒/次,2次/日,3个月为一疗程,观察两个疗程.结果:治疗半年后,腰椎骨密度明显增加,与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论:仙灵骨葆胶囊能在老年男性骨质疏松患者治疗方面有很好的缓解骨痛的效果,且能明显提高骨密度.%Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of Xianlinggubao capsule on osteoporosis (OP)in eldly male patients.Methods:Every patient taken 3Xianlinggubao capsule orally one time and 2 time a day for 3 months as one treatment cycle.The observation continued2 cycles.Results:After the 2 treatment cycles,spine bone mineral density (BMD)in all patients was increased was increased significantly compared to that before treatment (P＜0.05).Conclusions:Xianlinggubao capsule has desirable therapeutic effect to improve ostealgia and increase spine BMDsignificantly in elderly osteoporotic patients.
