半夏泻心汤加减治疗胆汁反流性食道炎临床观察

摘要

目的:评价半夏泻心汤治疗反流性食道炎的疗效.方法:104 例符合内镜下有反流性食道炎(RE) 诊断标准的患者被随机分为治疗组和对照组.治疗组给予半夏泻心汤治疗,对照组给予奥美拉唑治疗.疗程为4 周,观察患者4周后症状改善情况、食道炎愈合情况及观察镜下愈合率和有效率,对比分析其疗效及不良反应.结果:治疗组4周后临床总有效率为85.6%,对照组为74.8%.症状改善有效率为90.4%,胃镜食道炎有效率为81.4%.结论:半夏泻心汤加减治疗反流性食道炎,能较强的抑制胃酸的分泌,明显缓解临床症状,增加镜下愈合率,明显优于奥美拉唑,是中医治疗反流性食道炎的安全有效的主方.%Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Banxiaxiexin decoctio in treatment of reflux esophagitis.Methods:104 cases in line with the endoscopic reflux esophagitis (RE) diagnostic criteria for patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. The treatment group to give Banxiaxiexin soup treatment and control group were given omeprazole treatment. For 4 weeks,improvement of symptoms observed in patients after four weeks of esophagitis healing and observation of endoscopic healing rates and comparative analysis of their efficacy and adverse reactions.Results:The treatment group after 4 weeks total effective rate was 85.6% in the control group was 74.8%.The symptom improvement rate was 90.4%,the the gastroscopy esophagitis effective rate of 81.4%.Conclusion: Addition & subtraction prescription of Banxiaxiexin decoction for treatment of reflux esophagitis, can inhibit gastric acid secretion, and significantly relieve symptoms, increase in endoscopic healing rate was significantly better than omeprazole,so is a safe and effective main formula TCM treatment of reflux esophagitis.
