会阴侧切术对经阴道分娩产妇分娩结局的影响分析

摘要

Objective:To study the perineal operation of vaginal delivery maternity end influence. Methods: 340 cases were divided into two groups, the observation group maternal line perineal operation and control group in maternal line conventional simple perineal protection, and compared maternity delivery end. Results:Observation group maternity second labor time and postpartum 2 h amount of bleeding significantly less than control group,observation group maternity perineal laceration incidence was significantly lower than control group, the observation group maternity neonatal asphyxia Apgar score was better than control group, P<0.05. Conclusion:Vaginal delivery process has taken perineal operation is safe and effective.%目的：探讨会阴侧切术对经阴道分娩产妇分娩结局的影响。方法：340例阴道分娩产妇随机分为观察组(n=170)和对照组(n=170)，观察组产妇行会阴侧切术，对照组产妇行常规单纯会阴保护，比较两组产妇的分娩结局。结果：观察组产妇第二产程时间和产后2h出血量显著少于对照组，观察组产妇的会阴裂伤发生率明显低于对照组，观察组产妇新生儿窒息的Apgar评分均优于对照组， P均<0.05。结论：经阴道分娩过程中所采取的会阴侧切术安全有效，操作简便。
