MRI弥散张量成像对认知功能损伤患者的临床应用价值

摘要

目的：探讨MRI弥散张量成像对认知功能损伤患者的临床应用价值。方法：选取我院神经内科2009年11月~2012年8月收治的经蒙特利尔认知功能评估表评分小于26分的认知功能损伤患者90例，作为研究组，另选取同期志愿者作为对照组，采用MRI弥散张量成像技术考察两组患者DTI图像数据。结果：两组MRI-DTI数据分析比较对照组FA脑室周前端、脑室周后端和半卵圆中心值均高于研究组，且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；对照组MD脑室周前端、脑室周后端和半卵圆中心值均低于研究组，且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：采用MRI-DTI在认知功能损伤患者临床诊断中具有一定的使用价值。%Objective: To investigate the clinical applications of MRI diffusion tensor imaging in patients with cognitive impairment. Methods: 90 cases of patients admitted with cognitive impairment (Whose Montreal cognitive function evaluation form rates were all less than 26 points) from November 2009 to August 2012 in our hospital were chosed as the study group, other volunteers during the same period were chosed as the control group and the MRI-DTI was used to examine the the difference between the two groups. Results:The fractionalanisotropy (FA) values of the periventricular front end, the back-end of periventricular and the centrum semiovale of the control group were higher than those of the study group,and there were statistically significant difference between them(P<0.05).The The mean diffusion coefficient(MD) of the control group were less than those of the study group, and there were statistically significant difference between them(P<0.05). Conclusion:MRI-DTI has a certain value in the treatment for patients with cognitive impairment.
