显微神经外科手术和血管内介入疗法应用于颅内动脉瘤患者的比较研究

摘要

Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of micro-neurosurgical operation and intravascular interventional treatment applied to patients with intracranial aneurysm. Methods:From January 2010 to August 2012 in our hospital, 89 patients with intracranial aneurysm were selected as a research object, 50 cases with micro-neurosurgical operation as group A, and 39 cases with intravascular interventional treatment as group B, the therapeutic effect of two groups were compared. Results:The good recovery rate of group A was 80.0%, significantly higher than 59.0%of group B, the difference was statistically significant between two groups (P<0.05);the average operative time and hospital stay of group B were significantly shorter than group A, the blood loss significantly less than group A, the differences were statistically significant between two groups (P<0.05);the complication rate of group A was 20.0%, significantly higher than 2.6%of group B, the difference was statistically significant between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion:Micro-neurosurgical operation in the treatment of patients with intracranial aneurysm can get higher clinical efficacy, intravascular interventional treatment is used to patients with intracranial aneurysm have an advantage in recovery time as well as the safety, the two treatment options have their advantages and disadvantages, clinicians need to choose a more suitable treatment program according to the patient’s specific condition.%目的：比较显微神经外科手术和血管内介入疗法应用于颅内动脉瘤患者的临床效果。方法：选择我院2010年1月～2012年8月收治的颅内动脉瘤患者89例作为研究对象，采用显微神经外科手术治疗的50例作为A组，采用血管内介入疗法治疗的39例作为B组，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：A组的恢复良好率为80.0%，明显高于B组的59.0%，组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；B组平均手术时间及住院时间均明显短于A组、术中出血量明显少于A组，组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；A组的并发症发生率为20.0%，明显高于B组的2.6%，组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：显微神经外科手术治疗颅内动脉瘤患者能够获得更高的临床疗效，血管内介入疗法应用于颅内动脉瘤患者在康复时间以及安全性方面具有优势，两种治疗方案各有利弊，需要根据患者的具体病情选择更适合的治疗方案。
