探讨实施辅助生殖技术（ART）过程中发生医院感染的风险因素及应对策略

摘要

Objective:To investigate the process of implementation of assisted reproductive technology (ART) in hospital infection risk factors and coping strategies. Methods:The domestic and foreign literature retrieval of information from1990 to 2012 September, and the same industry seven reproductive center, analysis of the factors that cause hospital infections and response. Results:ART implementation process, caused by the hospital infection factors including:the relevant part of the risk of transmission of pathogens, invasive procedures, laboratory culture system, gamete and embryo cryopreservation. Conclusion:The application of ART technology have an important impact on patients and their families, attention to every aspect, reduce and eliminate the incidence of infection, and helps to improve the effect of ART technology applications.%　　目的：探讨实施辅助生殖技术(ART)过程中发生医院感染的风险因素及应对策略。方法：结合1990～2012年9月国内外文献检索资料和同行业7所生殖中心的资料，分析引发医院感染的因素及应对措施。结果：在ART实施过程中，引发医院感染的影响因素包括：病原体传播风险、侵入性操作、实验室培养体系、配子和胚胎冷冻保存等有关环节。结论：ART技术的应用对患者及其家庭产生重要的影响作用，重视每个环节的风控，降低和消除感染的发生，有助于更好地提高ART技术应用效果。
