尿激酶溶栓联合左旋精氨酸治疗急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死的临床作用

摘要

目的:探讨尿激酶溶栓与左旋精氨酸(L-Arg)联合治疗急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)的临床疗效.方法:选取我院2012年6月至2014年11月收治的72例急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者为研究对象,采用随机分组的方法将其分为两组,观察组和对照组各36例,对照组给予常规溶栓方法治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上行尿激酶溶栓与L-Arg联合用药,对比两组疗效.结果:观察组与对照组的治疗总有效率分别为97.22%、69.44%,组间比较差异比较明显(P<0.05).结论:急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者给予尿激酶溶栓联合L-Arg治疗安全有效,在一定程度上降低溶栓引发的不良反应.%Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of urokinase thrombolysis combined with L arginine (Arg-L) in the treatment of acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI).Methods:Selected in our hospital in June 2012 to 2014 November were treated 72 patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction patients as the research object,using randomized divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group with 36 cases in each group, control group was given routine thrombolysis therapy observed group of controls based on the uplink of urokinase thrombolysis combined with L-Arg treatment, compared two groups of curative effect.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 97.22%, 69.44%, the difference was obvious (P < 0.05).Conclusion:The patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction were treated with urokinase thrombolysis combined with L-Arg,and the adverse reactions were decreased to some extent.
