“包床到护”护理模式在妇产科的应用及效果观察

摘要

Objective: To analyze the “bed package to care” model of care in obstetrics and gynecology and effect of the application for clinical guidance.Methods:March 2013 to March 2014 in 105 patients admitted to this hospital as the A group,select the April 2014 to April 2015 105 patients were admitted to this hospital as the group B. A group of patients given usual care implementation mode, given the implementation of group B patients“ beds to care package ”model of care for nursing effect of two groups were compared. Results:Nursing Effect B group of patients was significantly better than patients in group A,the difference was significant, P<0.05. Nursing complaint rate of group B patients, nursing defect rate significantly lower than the A group, the difference was significant (P<0.05), group B patient satisfaction was significantly higher, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: “Package beds to care” model of care used in obstetrics and gynecology care have better clinical results and high feasibility, improve patient satisfaction.%目的：分析“包床到护”护理模式在妇产科的应用及效果，为临床提供指导。方法：选择2013年3月～2014年3月入住本院的105年患者作为A组，选择2014年4月～2015年4月入住本院的105例患者作为B组。给予A组患者实施常规护理模式，给予B组患者实施“包床到护”护理模式，分析比较两组患者的护理效果。结果：B组患者的护理效果显著优于A组患者，差异显著，P＜0.05。B组患者的护理投诉率，护理缺陷率显著低于A组，差异有显著性（P＜0.05），B组患者满意度显著高于对照组，差异有显著性（P＜0.05）。结论：“包床到护”护理模式应用于妇产科护理具有较好的临床效果和较高的可行性，能提高患者的满意度。
