Objective:To investigate the effect of Dengling capsule on chronic intraocular hypertension (IOP) in rats.Methods:60 eligible rats were divided into 5 groups:normal group,model group,and Dengling capsule (6,3,1.5g/kg).All rats were given the medicine after modeling,and normal group and model group were given normal saline for 3 weeks.Intraocular pressure was measured 1 times a week,third weeks of rats were euthanized,and the content of MDA and S0D activity in retina tissue were measured.Results:The IOP decreased significantly in Dengling Capsule high dose group 21 d (P < 0.05);Dengling capsule 3 dose group MDA levels were significantly decreased (P < 0.01);Dengling Capsule high dose group SOD activity was significantly increased (P < 0.01).Conclusion:The capsule can reduce the intraocular pressure in rats with chronic ocular hypertension,and can significantly reduce the content of MDA and increase the activity of SOD in the retina of the model rats.%目的:考察灯羚胶囊对大鼠慢性高眼压(IOP)模型的影响.方法:将60只合格大鼠均分为:正常组、模型组、灯羚胶囊(6、3、1.5g/kg)5组;均在造模后开始给药,正常组和模型组给予生理盐水,连续3周.每周测1次眼压,第3周大鼠行安乐死,测定视网膜组织MDA含量、S0D活性.结果:灯羚胶囊高剂量组第21d时眼压显著下降(P<0.05);灯羚胶囊3个剂量组MDA水平非常显著地降低(P<0.01);灯羚胶囊高、中剂量组SOD活性非常显著地升高(P<0.01).结论:灯羚胶囊对大鼠慢性高眼压模型有一定的降低眼压作用,能非常显著的降低模型大鼠视网膜组织MDA含量,提高其SOD活性.
