组建上海医学科学院的可行性研究

上海医科院的组建是在外部研究环境发生重大变化,上海医学科研机构经过长时间运行,各类矛盾需要解决的背景下提出的.本文主要探讨组建上海医学科学院的必要性和组建方案.%The idea of establishing Shanghai Academy of Medical Sciences was brought forward　in the background of great external changes.It was to meet the demand for resolving all kinds of　conflicts about researches arised from the long time operation of Medical Institutes in Shanghai.This　article mainly discusses about the necessity and plans for establishing Shanghai Academy of Medical　Sciences.
