国家自然科学基金项目促进北京大学医学部女性科技人才成长

摘要

近年来国家自然科学基金委员会陆续出台了一些促进女科研人员成长发展的举措.通过分析2006-2010年北京大学医学部女科研人员承担国家自然科学基金项目的情况,并针对其中存在的问题,提出了学校依托国家自然科学基金项目,促进女性科技人才成长发展的建议.%Recently the National Science Foundation of China (NSFC) has put forward some measures to promote the development of women science and technology (S&T) talents.The paper analyzes the NSFC funded projects undertaken by women S&T researchers at Pekiing University Health Science Center from 2006 to 2010.To address the problems revealed in the analysis,the paper proposes the suggestions to further develop women S&T talents with the support of National Science Foundation of China.
