国际合作与交流在医院的学科建设和发展中起着重要作用,加强国际合作交流已成为提高医疗质量、建设一流医院的一个必不可少的途径.本文通过我院10年学科建设中国际合作交流的实践经验,研究学科建设中国际交流与合作中的工作模式和机制,为加强国际科技合作提供具有重要决策参考价值和建议.%International cooperation and exchanges plays an important role in the disciplines development in hospital,and can indirectly improve the overall capacity and quality of healthcare..This paper draw on 10 years of international cooperation and exchange in the practice of discipline development,,analyzed working patterns and mechanisms to strengthen international scientific cooperation.
