医院图书馆开展竞争情报服务的SWOT分析

首先,概述了竞争情报和医院竞争情报的内涵;然后,采用SWOT分析方法对医院图书馆信息资源情况进行分析,探讨开展竞争情报服务的可行性;最后,从参与竞争情报的收集工作、开展竞争情报的知识培训和帮助医院建立竞争情报系统三方面具体阐述医院图书馆竞争情报服务开展方式并加以总结.%This paper first described the concept of competitive intelligence and hospital competitive intelligence.Then,the resources of hospital library intelligence was analyzed with the method of SWOT,and the feasibility of competitive intelligence service was discussed.Finally,three aspects of the service were elaborated,which included collection of competitive intelligence,instruction of the knowledge of competitive intelligence,and the establishment of competitive intelligence system in hospitals.
