医学实验室的科研伦理及服务规范探讨

摘要

根据医学伦理学理论,结合医学实验室专业特点与职业背景,制定符合自身特点的伦理准则与道德规范.通过加强实验室内部伦理管理,不断提高服务质量,保证患者权益,保护工作人员健康和防止污染,提高实验室信誉.%According to the theory of medical ethics,ethical guidelines and moral criterions for medical laboratories are proposed based on the characteristics of the laboratories.Internal management in terms of ethics need to be strengthened,and t the quality of service needs to be improved continually,so as to ensure the rights of patient,protect staffs against professional hazards,and protect the environment.
