磁场影响机体微循环系统的研究进展及展望

     

摘要

Objective: Investigations on the magnetic field (MF) related effects on microvascular system home and abroad are reviewed and discussed in order to provide some clues for the ambiguous states in this research field. Methods: After referring to a large body of literatures thoroughly, we tried to find out the relationships between different experimental parameters and results and to analyze the target where MF affected microcirculation. Results: MF probably had the potential to alter the microcirculation, but the exact relationship between MF and microcirculation failed to be uncovered due to the bad repeatability in experiments in this field. Conclusions: Normalizing experimental parameters and providing more random control experiments with high repeatability may be the focus in the future.%目的:对近年来国内外关于磁场影响机体微循环系统的研究进展情况进行详尽地综述和讨论,为该领域不甚明朗的研究现状提供一定的参考和方向.方法:全面查阅该领域文献,深入分析和归纳其方法特点,找出不同实验参数与实验结果之间的规律,并从机制上探讨磁场可能影响微循环系统的靶点.结果:磁场可能会改变机体微循环的状态,但是由于实验的可重复性非常差,依然无法确定磁场与微循环之间的准确关系.结论:如何统一实验标准以及更多的可重复性强的随机对照实验是未来该领域研究的工作重点.
