针刺辅以静电治疗失眠的临床观察

摘要

目的:利用传统针刺与静电疗法的结合,治疗失眠临床疗效显著.方法:利用传统针刺同时辅以静电疗法这种理疗仪器,临床治疗112例失眠患者.结果:发现该组合疗法比单纯用针刺治疗,疗效迅速,效果稳定、持久.结论:通过对其机理的深入阐述,认为在针刺取得效果的同时,静电疗法所独具的静电感应及极化作用,不仅加强了针刺局部的治疗效果,对神经系统乃至人体整体也起到了调整作用,其中西医结合的特色,于临床确有一定的应用价值.%Objective: Using the combinative therapy of traditional acupuncture and franklinization treat the insomnia could get remarkable curative effect.Methods: Using the physical therapy equipment that traditional acupuncture supplemented by franklinization on 112 cases of insomnia patients.Results: Compare with the acupuncture treatment, the combinative therapy's efficacy more quickly.Conclusions: the effect is stable and durable.According to elaborate the mechanism of the combination therapy, we consider that as the acupuncture get the therapeutic effect, the electrostatic induction and polarization effect of the franklinization, not only strengthen the local therapeutic effect of acupuncture, but also play the adjustment function of nervous system and human body.The characteristics of Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine have certain practical value in clinical.
