呼吸骤停报警器的设计

     

摘要

Objective: Use electronic technology to design a monitoring system that can monitor patients in the hospital the incidence of respiratory arrest and reduce the unnecessary accident during the health care. Methods: Using analog electronics,digital electronics.the respiratory signal transformed into voltage analog signal,and then converted to digital signal,through monos-table flip-flop output alarm . Results: When the patients is normal breathing, the acquisition of the respiratory airflow signal are normal,then a work light bright, the light 2 does not shine and speakers do not sound; when patients is respiratory arrest, the signal is abnormal at this time, the light 1 does not light ,the light 2 bright and alarm speaker sound the alarm. Conclusions: The subject improve a deeper level of research and study in medical and electronic technology, and make a organic combination of them, and design a monitoring system. The system implements the monitoring of the respiratory signal and digital signal by observing the change in voltage anomalies generated the alarm. The hospital's medical staff can take timely and effective first aid measures for patients by real-time monitoring and alarm system, and emergency care is the key to improving the success rate, so as to patients and hospitals to provide a reliable personal and property security. According to this innovative design can combine this monitoring system with other key physiological parameters, it can make use of comprehensive scientific and technological knowledge and wisdom of various undertakings,can also promote the development of better health care and enhance the career the close fit of the line.%目的:利用电子技术设计一种监测系统,可以在医院监控患者呼吸骤停情况的出现,以减少医护过程中不必要事故的发生.方法:采用模拟电子技术、数字电子技术,将呼吸信号转变为电压模拟信号,进而转换为数字信号,通过单稳触发器输出进行报警.结果:当患者呼吸正常时,所采集的呼吸气流信号均正常,此时工作灯1亮,灯2不亮且扬声器不响;当患者出现呼吸骤停时,信号异常,此时灯1不亮,报警灯2亮且扬声器发出报警响声.结论:本课题对医学和电子技术进行了一次较深层次的研究和探讨,并将二者有机的相结合,而设计出一种监测系统.该系统实现了对呼吸信号的监控,并通过观察电压数字信号的变化产生异常情况的报警.使医院的医护人员能够对患者进行实时监测并通过报警系统采取及时有效的急救措施,而急救护理是提高抢救成功率的关键,从而为患者和医院提供可靠的人身财产安全保障.根据这种创新设计也可将此监测系统与其他主要生理参数相结合,其更能全面的灵活运用科学技术知识和各项事业的智慧结晶,更能促进医疗事业的发展和提高各行事业的紧密契合度.
