The aim of joint development and sharing of institutional repository is to reveal and use the primary literature in military colleges and universities, and help scientific researchers, teachers and students to discover and use such re-sources .The ideas on joint development and sharing of institutional repository in military colleges and universities were thus analyzed, and the related problems were elaborated with suggestions put forward for their solution.%军队院校机构知识库联建共享旨在揭示和利用军队院校原生文献，帮助科研人员、教员、学员更好地发现和利用这些资源。分析了机构知识库联建共享建设的思路，探讨了机构知识库联建共享容易遇到的问题和部分解决办法。
