目的 探讨甲状舌管囊肿的CT表现.资料与方法 回顾性分析24例CT诊断为甲状舌管囊肿的CT表现.结果 2例表皮样囊肿误诊为甲状舌管囊肿,22例经手术病理证实为甲状舌管囊肿(诊断符合率92%),其中单纯性病变19例,3例继发感染.偏左侧5例、偏右侧4例、位于中线13例.CT表现为颈前三角区囊性肿块,与舌骨、甲状腺关系密切;单纯性病变边缘光整,密度均匀,其中表现为低密度14例,表现为等密度5例,增强扫描囊壁强化,囊内容物不强化;继发感染者囊壁增厚毛糙,增强扫描囊壁强化,囊内容物轻度强化.结论 根据甲状舌管囊肿的特定部位及典型CT表现,CT扫描可准确诊断甲状舌管囊肿.%Purpose To explore the CT features of thyroglossal duct cyst (TDC) . Materials and Methods CT features of 24 cases diagnosed as thyroglossal duct cyst were retrospectively analysed. Result 2 cases of epidermal cyst were misdiagnosed as thyroglossal duct cyst,22 cases ofthyroglossal duct cyst were confirmed by pathology (with diagnosis accordance rate of 92％). Among 22 cases, 19 of them were simple cysts,3 of them were secondary infection. 5 cases were deviated to left,4 cases to right,and 13 cases located at the midline. CT showed a cystic mass in the anterior triangle of neck, relevant to the hyoid bone and thyroid: Simple cysts were homogeneous with smooth margin, 14 of them with low density, and 5 of them with isodensity. After post contrast scanning,the capsule wall showed enhancement but the contents did not. The capsule walls of secondary infection patients became thick, coarse and enhanced after post contrast administration. The contents were slightly enhanced. Conclusion CT scan can help to make accurate diagnosis of the thyroglossal duct cyst,based on the special location and the typical CT manifestations.
