经腹部及阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断腹腔妊娠

摘要

Purpose To evaluate the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of abdominal pregnancy. Materials and Methods Ultrasonography was performed in 4 patients with abdominal pregnancy. To analyze the abdominal pregnancy diagnosed by ultrasound preoperatively combined with the postoperative results retrospectively.Results 3 of 4 cases were confirmed to be the abdominal pregnancy, however the other l case was missed. Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasound is an effective and simple method to diagnose abdominal pregnancy.%目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断腹腔妊娠的价值.资料与方法 采用回顾性分析的方法,对4例术前超声诊断为腹腔妊娠,结合手术及病理结果,分析腹腔妊娠的超声特点.结果 术前超声诊断腹腔妊娠4例,与手术病理结果符合3例,误诊1例.结论 彩色多普勒超声是诊断腹腔妊娠简便、有效的方法.
