Mini-CEX在专科医师考核评估体系中的应用

摘要

Scientific and rigorous management system is the prerequisite for specialists to standardize training.In order to cultivate and promote the actual clinical ability,the First Clinical College of Harbin Medical University establish a scientific,reasonable,standard and strict evaluation system in specialist training - the Mini-CEX.This system was employed to test on completion of a course and meet the current medical development of specialist training and evaluation mode.%科学严谨的管理体制是实现专科医师培训规范化的保障.哈尔滨医科大学第一临床医学院在专科医师培训实践过程中,以培养和提升实际临床能力为核心,建立了科学合理、规范严格的考核体系,并将Mini-CEX应用在专科医师出科考试中,形成了适应当前医学发展需求的专科医师培养考评模式.
