This article brought forward the adverse vocational education model-organizing lower level of undergraduates to participate in the work of public health specialty. This model enhanced their understanding of this work and urged more students to devote themselves in this area. Besides, questionnaires were used to know how alumni performed and what was needed for a future professional of public health.%提出了逆向职业教育模式,组织学生参与公共卫生领域的工作,该模式增进了其对于这一领域工作的了解,并促使更多的学生愿意今后从事这一领域的工作。同时,通过对上海市公共卫生领域的相关负责人的调研,了解其对于学院毕业生的评价,并获得公共卫生人才所必备能力等信息,以便更好地培养公共卫生人才。
