对临床医学研究生培养质量实施全程质量监控的探讨

全面提高研究生培养质量是研究生教育改革与发展的主旋律.哈尔滨医科大学第一临床医学院针对研究生培养各环节采取一系列有效措施,实施全程质量监控,不断提高研究生培养质量,以适应研究生教育发展的新形势.%Comprehensively improving the quality of postgraduate education is the main theme of reform and development of postgraduate education. A series of effective measures was taken in the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University according to the various aspects of postgraduate education, implementing the whole quality control, enhancing the quality of postgraduate education, in order to accommodate the new situation of postgraduate education.
