食道癌同步整合加量调强放射治疗中基于“素质冰山模型”的实习生能力培养

摘要

针对来我院实习的放射技术专业学生,在食管癌同步整合加量调强放射治疗教学中,除按常规安排放射治疗技术带教外,借鉴“素质冰山模型”,增加了“冰山以下部分”中社会角色、自我认知、特质和动机方面的素质培养,强化实习生服务意识、奉献精神、情绪管理、医患沟通技巧等.初步实践显示,相应举措有利于学生综合能力养成,并间接提升了医疗服务中的患者满意度.%For radiation technology students practicing in our hospital,in the teaching of simultaneous integration and intensity modulated radiation therapy for esophageal cancer,we have increased the quality training of social roles,self cognition,traits and motivation in the "tip of the iceberg",so as to strengthen the interns' service consciousness,dedication,emotional management,and doctor-patient communication skills etc.The preliminary practice shows that the corresponding measures are conducive to the development of students' comprehensive ability,and have indirectly enhanced the patients' satisfaction in medical service.
