复杂性科学是一门新兴科学研究形态,它与生命科学、医学的结合仍然处于探索阶段,国内医科院校普遍未开设相关课程.为了拓展医学生视野,改变其思维方式,并为他们今后开展多学科交叉合作做好准备,医科院校应为高年级医学本科生或研究生探索开设"复杂性科学与医学漫谈"选修课程.课程设置方面,宜以"蝴蝶效应"这一科学寓言为切入点,依次介绍混沌、分形、自组织和复杂系统理论的概念、理论框架,以及在医学领域的应用;教材宜采用科普图书《蝴蝶效应之谜》;教学实施中宜充分运用"隐喻"的方法.%Complexity science is a new type of scientific research method, and the combination of complexity science, life science, and medicine is still in the initial stage of exploration, and domestic medi-cal colleges do not offer correlative course currently.
