Clinical teaching is the critical stage for medical students turning to qualified doctor.In order to overcome the objective problems of insufficient clinical case resources,using the electronic medical record system to collect cases,the real case library of kidney disease was initially constructed,which was presented in the form of network resources.This case database was applied to assist teaching in the probation of eight year medical students at the undergraduate stage,and the application of the case database was evaluated in the form of questionnaire.It is found that case database is helpful to students' clinical learning,and has the necessity of further improvement and good prospects for popularization.It provides a new idea for clinical teaching.%临床教学是培养医学生由学生转变为合格医生的关键阶段.为了克服临床病例资源不足等客观难题,利用电子病案系统采集病例,初步构建了肾脏病真实病例库,以网络资源形式呈现.在八年制医学生本科阶段见习中尝试应用该病例库辅助教学,同时以问卷调查形式对病例库应用情况反馈评价;发现病例库对学生临床学习很有帮助,有继续完善的必要性和良好的推广前景,为临床教学提供了新思路.
