直肠肛门病变的影像学诊断

摘要

The rectoanal anatomical structure is complex and prone to a variety of abnormal morphology and functional disorders. X-ray, CT and MRI in the diagnosis of anorectal lesions have great value, especially MRI of multi-sequence, multi-faceted and high resolution of soft tissue characteristics take an important role in the diagnosis of anorectal lesions.This paper discusses the diagnostic characteristics of the different imaging studies of anorectal disease, and to provide further information for clinical diagnosis and operative procedures.%　　直肠、肛门解剖结构复杂，易发生多种形态异常和功能性的疾病。X线、CT、MRI在直肠、肛门病变的诊断中具有重要价值，尤其是MRI以多序列、多方位、软组织分辨率高的特点，在肛门、直肠病变的诊断中具有无法取代的价值。作者着重探讨不同影像学检查对肛管直肠病变的诊断特点，以期为临床的诊断、手术方案的选择提供更进一步信息。
