定量动态增强磁共振成像及其在前列腺癌诊断和治疗中的研究进展

摘要

定量动态增强磁共振成像(dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI，DCE-MRI)通过分析微血管通透性等血流动力学信息进而反映肿瘤的血管生成，对前列腺癌(prostate cancer，PCa)的诊断、疗效评价有很大帮助。本文就DCE-MRI定量分析的基本原理及其在PCa诊断及疗效评估等方面的研究进展予以综述。%Quantitative analysis of dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI) can relfect the hemodynamics information such as angiogenesis and the permeability of capillary, which may be of great help in the diagnosis and assessment of therapeutic response in prostate cancer. This article is to make a review about the basic principle of the quantitative analysis of DCE-MRI andits application in the diagnosis andassessment of therapeutic response in prostate cancer.
