脑部动脉自旋标记技术可靠性及可重复性研究综述

摘要

动脉自旋标记(arterial spin labeling,ASL)技术是一种可以对脑血流量实施真正意义无创定量测量的新兴脑灌注技术.在实施多中心数据融合前确定数据的可靠性和可重复性是至关重要的,但该技术所得数据的一致性(可靠性和可重复性)仍然有待考量,目前已有团队对ASL数据的可靠性和可重复性进行了评估,作者对中枢神经系统ASL技术的可靠性和可重复性研究进行综述.%Arterial spin labeling (ASL) technique is an emerging technique MR cerebral perfusion technique which can measure the cerebral blood flow quantitatively and noninvasively in genuine. The reliability and reproducibility of the perfusion technique is essential before perfusion imaging data can be pooled from different times or from different scanners. However the reproducibility and reliability of data from ASL is not as robust as imagine. Some work has been done to assess the reproducibility and reliability of data from ASL. This work will have a review on it.
