RNA干扰文库的研究进展及其在肿瘤研究中的应用

RNA干扰(RNA interference,RNAi)是由双链RNA引发的同源mRNA特异性降解的现象,RNAi文库是利用RNAi技术人工构建的用来筛选表型的混合文库.由于RNAi文库在基因研究领域取得了重大突破,目前已广泛地应用于医学研究领域尤其是肿瘤研究领域中.本文综述了RNAi文库的研究进展,并对RNAi文库在肿瘤研究方面的应用进行概述.%RNA interference is a homologous mRNA special degradation phenomenon which is caused by the double-stranded RNA. RNAi library is a pooled library that is artificially constructed using RNAi technology. As RNAi library has made a major breakthrough in the field of genetic research, it has been widely used in the field of medical research, especially in the field of cancer research. This review discussed the research progress of RNAi library and its applications in cancer research.
