西宁市8876名健康汉族成人静脉血红细胞相关参数参考值范围研究

摘要

Objective To establish a reference range of venous RBC counts measured by automated hematologic analyzer in healthy Han Chinese adults in Xining.Methods In accordance with the health screening criteria and blood diseases,infectious diseases,medication history,and women in non-menstrual period,exclusion criteria,8876(aged 18 to 70 years,5692 males,average age 38 years old; 3184 females,average age 37 years old) healthy Han Chinese adults were selected in Xining City (Moderate plateau,altitude 2260 m),whose physical examination and laboratory tests were normal.The subjects' fasting venous blood samples were collected in the morning.The parameters of venous blood routine test were measured using Sysmex XE-2100 automated hematologic analyzer and supporting reagents.The single factor analysis of variance was used for comparisons between different age groups and q test was used for pairwise comparisons.T-test was used to compare the different gender groups.The subjects' fasting venous blood samples were collected in the morning.The parameters of venous blood routine test were measured using Sysmex XE-2100 automated hematologic analyzer and supporting reagents.The single factor analysis of variance was used for comparisons between different age groups and q test was used for pairwise comparisons.T-test was used to compare the different gender groups.Reference range was expressed as x ± 1.96s.Results The range of RBC was (4.43-6.03) × 1012/L in males and (3.87-5.29) × 1012/Lin females.The range of Hb was 138-183 g/L in males and 119-157 g/L in females.The range of HCT was 43.10％-56.38％ in males and 37.93％-49.19％ in females.The range of MCV was 87.6-103.0 fl in males and 87.9-102.7 fl in females.The range of MCH was 28.1-33.3 pg in males and 27.5-32.8 pg in females.The range of MCHC was 308-337 g/L in males and 303-331 g/L in females.The range of red blood cell distribution width standard deviation (RDW-SD) was 40.34-52.30 fl in males and 40.34-51.62 fl in females.The range of red blood cell distribution width coefficient of variation (RDW-CV) was 12.09％-14.87％ in males and 12.02％-14.88％ in females.Conclusion The reference ranges of red blood cell related parameters of venous blood of Han Chinese adults in Xining are primarily established.To lay the groundwork for future to establish the reference range of venous blood measured by automated hematology analyzer in larger-scale healthy populations in different altitudes and different nationalities.%目的 探讨西宁市健康汉族成人静脉血红细胞相关参数参考值范围.方法 按照健康人筛选标准及血液疾病、感染性疾病、服药史和女性在非月经期等排除标准在西宁市选择体格检查和相关实验室检查均正常的表面健康汉族成人8876名,年龄18～70岁.其中男5692名,平均年龄38岁;女3184名,平均年龄37岁.清晨采集受试者空腹静脉血,采用日本Sysmex XE-2100型全白动血细胞分析仪及配套试剂进行全血细胞分析参数检测.参考值范围采用 x±1.96s表示.结果 RBC参考值范围:男性为(4.43～6.03) ×1012/L,女性为(3.87～5.29) ×1012/L; Hb参考值范围:男性为138～183 g/L,女性为119～157 g/L;HCT参考值范围:男性为43.10％～56.38％,女性为37.93％～49.19％；MCV参考值范围:男性为87.6～103.0fl,女性为87.9～102.7 fl；MCH参考值范围:男性为28.1～33.3 pg,女性为27.5～32.8 pg;MCHC参考值范围:男性为308～337 g/L,女性为303～331 g/L;红细胞分布宽度标准差(RDW-SD)参考值范围:男性为40.34～52.30 fl,女性为40.34～51.62 fl；红细胞分布宽度变异系数(RDW-CV)参考值范围:男性为12.09％～14.87％,女性为12.02％～14.88％.结论 建立了西宁市健康汉族成人静脉血红细胞相关参数参考值范围,为今后对不同海拔地区、不同民族健康人群进行更大规模的调查研究奠定了基础.
