Venous thromboembolism ( VTE ) is a common vascular disease.It has become an important public health problem because of its high incidence, recurrence and mortality rate.Because the clinical symptom of VTE is relatively hidden, it is difficult to diagnose and treat it.This article focuses on the clinical diagnosis,treatment and laboratory examination of VTE.%静脉血栓栓塞症（ VTE）是临床常见的血管疾病，由于其有较高的发病率、复发率和致死率，已经成为一个重要的公共健康问题。 VTE的临床症状较为隐匿，因此给其临床诊断和治疗带来了困难。本文着重探讨一些与VTE有关的临床诊治及实验室检查进展。（中华检验医学杂志，2016，39：747-750）
