Objective To observe the changes of blood hs-cTnT levels during the first hour in order to assess its val-ue in the differential diagnosis of AMI and CNCD.Methods Select 64 cases with clinical manifestations of AMI from e-mergency department in our hospital since October 2013 to December 2014.All subjects were divided into group AMI and group CNCD according to the final diagnosis.Determine blood hs-cTnT levels of all subjects at presentation and subsequent one-hour.Results Compared with patients with CNCD,hs-cTnT levels were higher at presentation in group AMI(P <0.001),the changes of the absolute values of hs-cTnT concentration during the first hour were higher in group AMI (P <0.001),and so were the changes of relative values of hs-cTnT concentration.Conclusion The chan-ges of hs-cTnT levels within the first hour in patients might play an important role in the early identification of AMI and CNCD.%目的:观察就诊第1 h 内的血 hs-cTnT 水平变化,以评估其在鉴别 AMI 和 CNCD 中的价值。方法选取自2013年10月至2014年12月就诊于我院急诊科的以 AMI 为主要临床表现的患者,共64例。根据最终诊断分为AMI 组和 CNCD 组。测定所有入选患者的就诊时和随后1 h 的血 hs-cTnT 水平。结果与 CNCD 患者相比,AMI患者的就诊时 hs-cTnT 值较高(P <0.001),有较高的第1 h 内 hs-cTnT 绝对浓度变化值(P <0.001)和相对浓度变化值。结论患者就诊第1 h 内的 hs-cTnT 水平变化有助于早期鉴别 AMI 和 CNCD。
