目的 探讨疏血通注射液对冠状动脉支架植入术后心绞痛患者血脂、凝血功能的影响.方法 将72例冠状动脉支架植入术后心绞痛患者随机分为两组.治疗组38例,在常规治疗基础上加用疏血通注射液6 mL加入生理盐水或5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL静脉输注,每日1次.对照组34例,接受常规治疗.两组均以2周为1个疗程.观察两组心绞痛疗效及血脂、凝血功能的变化.结果 治疗组总有效率为86.84%,明显高于对照组的61.76%(P<0.05).治疗组治疗后总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且治疗组的凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)明显延长,纤维蛋白原含量明显下降(P<0.05),并且明显优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 疏血通注射液治疗冠状动脉支架植入术后心绞痛患者时,具有调脂、抗凝、促纤溶的作用.%Objective To explore the effect of Shuxuetong injection(SXT) on serum lipid and function of blood coagulation in patients after percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA)/stent. Methods Seventy - two patients after PTCA/stent were randomly divided into two groups: Treatment group (n=38) treated with SXT and control group (n=34) treated with routine western medicine. Angina attack, blood lipid, and function of coagulation were observed. Results The therapeutic effect in treatment group was much better compared with control group (P<0. 05). The levels of total cholesterol, triglyceride, and low - density lipoprotein -cholesterol were decreased significantly in treatment group (P<0. 05). Prothrobin time and activated partial thromboplastin time were prolonged. The level of fibrinogen was decreased significantly in treatment group compared with those of control group(P< 0. 05). Conclusion SXT could decrease plasma level of fibrinogen, lipid and it is safely for patients of angina after PTCA/stent.
