心脏干细胞活化相关分子在心血管疾病中的作用

摘要

Insulin like growth factor (IGF) 1 and hepatocyte growth factor (HGF)in many stem cel s play a positive role.Cardiac stem cel s(CSCs),as an important therapeutic stem cel s to myocardial ischemic disease are getting increasingly attention.In recent years found that the treatment meaning of the activation of CSCs is clear.HGF/IGF 1 are the important molecules to excite the acti-vation state of CSCs,and they have some overlap signaling pathways.They can also promote CSCs migration,proliferation,apopto-sis,etc.%胰岛素样生长因子1(insulin like growth factor 1,IGF 1)、肝细胞生长因子(Hepatocyte growth factor,HGF)在许多干细胞中都发挥积极作用,心脏干细胞(cardiac stem cel s,CSCs)作为研究比较多的对心肌缺血性疾病有重要治疗作用的细胞也日益受到重视。近年来发现 CSCs活化对于治疗的意义非常明确,而 IGF/HGF是激发其活化态的重要分子,并且二者作用的信号通路有一定重叠,对于研究 CSCs活化的分子机制有重要作用。二者还可以促进 CSCs的迁移、促进增殖、抗凋亡等。
